Work is changing faster than anyone can keep up alone. The Upskilling Labs is a community where we learn and adapt together. As ambassadors, we help folks who'd love it discover it, one conversation at a time.
Free. A few conversations and one talk.

What you'll do

Start a conversation.
Ask someone what they're curious about, and really listen. Over time, bring a few people to their first workshop.
02Then
Take the mic.
Give one short talk to a group you're part of. We'll help you practice first.
03One day
Welcome the next ambassador.
Help someone new find their way in, the way someone once did for you.

Simple, on purpose.
Ten minutes to join.
Then half an hour with the guide before your first conversation.
No pitch. No script.
Your own story, and a question about theirs.
Never on your own.
Your coordinator, a local volunteer lead, is with you the whole way.

Being an ambassador costs nothing, and neither does anything at The Labs.
How it works
You start by listening. You end up leading.

Your free Upskilling account: sign in with Google, and tell us you'd like to be an ambassador. That's the whole first step.

Join in.
About ten minutes on your phone. Your coordinator gives you your Ambassador button.

Listen first.
Half an hour with the guide, then your first conversations. Ask, listen, and bring back what you hear.

Then lead.
Give your talk, and welcome the next ambassador. By then, you'll be ready.

Does it cost anything?
No. Being an ambassador is free, and so is every program at The Labs.
How much time does it take?
About ten minutes to join and half an hour to get ready. After that, it's mostly conversations you'd have anyway, plus one talk.
Do I have to sell anything?
Not at all. There's nothing for sale. Just share your story and point people to theupskillinglabs.org.
Can I stop?
Yes, any time. You're always welcome back.
