What teams made.

Every Build Cycle ends at a Showcase, where each team shows what it built: a prototype, a finding, a tool, what worked and what didn't. Anyone can use it, and the team's names stay on it.

Projects

The first projects go up after the Fall 2026 Showcase on January 12, 2027.

How a project comes about

A problem, a team, twelve weeks.

  1. A problem situation

    Each cycle starts with real, messy problems people face, brought by the people who face them.

  2. A Pod, then a team

    Nine or more people gather round a problem; teams of three to five form round the ideas worth making.

  3. The Showcase

    Every team shows its work in public. What's reusable goes back to the commons, with credit.
