Gathering names

Every Lab starts as a list of names. When a city's list is long enough, and someone there wants to lead, it opens.
Gathering names
People in your city put their names down. Yours can be the first.
Forming
Someone steps up to lead, and a library or a space comes into view.
First workshops
A few sessions, with workshops and help from the cities that came before.
First Build Cycle
Twelve weeks, Pods and teams, and a Showcase of your own.
Chartered
A Lab in its own right, part of the network, run by the people in it.
